European Language Equality Network (ELEN, France), an NGO working for the protection and promotion of Europe's regional minority and endangered languages;

Elhuyar Foundation (ELH, Spain), a foundation devoted to the promotion of Basque in science and technology;

Karelian Language Society (KKS, Finland), an association for the safeguard of Karelian language and culture;

"Johannes Gutenberg" University of Mainz - Research and Teaching Languages of Northern Europe and the Baltic Countries (JGU-SNEB, Germany), a department specialized in Northern European and Baltic languages and cultures.
